Welcome back, Festival Fans.
It’s another weekend of 80+ festivals (over 100+ events if you include the county fairs and shows).
This weekend, you’ll see a nice amount of Homecomings, Parish Festivals, Music Festivals and Beer Festivals. For you history buffs, there’s also a Reenactment Festival in Bath and the 18th Century Colonial Trade Fair in Loudonville.
Some interesting festivals to note this weekend include…
…the Last Stop Willoughby Festival (Review), which references the famous Twilight Zone episode that took a character to Willoughby, Ohio (it actually will be playing at the festival). The festival also has an outdoor market, a kids zone, a parade, a Chalkfest and more…
…Hippie Fest (Review) in Logan with all your tie dye, peace signs, vintage cars, rock n roll, and plenty of love. I should state that the review is of the Hippie Fest in Michigan, but it’s put on by the same people…
…Shaker Woods Festival (Review) in Columbiana so you can shop your heart away for a few weekends while enjoying the setting, taking in the music and eating some delicious grub…
…the Akron Pickle Fest with pickle games, pickle crafts and delicious pickle delights…
…the North Ridgeville Corn Festival (Review) with a nice amount of vendors, live entertainment, food options and more…
…the Swanton Corn Festival (Review) with a great selection of vendors, activities, games, and entertainment in a lovely setting to enjoy with the family…
…the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival (Review), where you can visit the town the commercial tomato really began – while enjoying all the great food, live entertainment and more while you’re there…
…and the Italian-American Heritage Festival (Review) in Warren with so much delicious food (pasta, pizza and sausage – oh my!), great music, rides, genealogy and games.
