While driving, something caught my eye…
…and directed me to the Church of the Assumption…
…where I found the Feast of the Assumption West taking place.
Although the car show took place across the street…
…everything else took place on the church grounds…
…including the music…
…school promotions…
…beer and wine tent for adults…
…and a nicely sized area for kids…
…complete with miniature golf…
…inflatables…
…balloon animals…
…and more.
Whether you dined indoors…
…where special dinners were available (tickets purchased at festival entrance)…
…or ate outdoors among tables serving everything from stuffed cabbage to pizza…
…I recommend coming to this booth after…
…for a free cup of Country Parlour ice cream.
