OhioFestivals.net is a little faster, Festival Fans!
So, right off the bat, I want to share with you that I have changed hosts at OhioFestivals.net, so it should be a little faster for everyone who accesses it. I, myself, have noticed an increase in speed and I hope you do as well. But I’m still not finished with working on its performance – I will keep tinkering with the site and maybe bring in some outside help and expertise to help make it the best website experience for you.
Concerning this weekend’s festivals, things are also looking better overall. Most states covered have festivals with many events being celebrated particularly in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Tennessee.
Ohio is mostly vendor events this weekend, but there is a Brew Fest in Girard, a Spring Fling in Greenfield and a Drive Thru Greek Fest in Dayton.
Meanwhile, Georgia is celebrating Dogwoods and Art, Tennessee is all about Buttercups and Bacon and Florida will be feeding all sorts of cravings with BBQ, Burgers, Peppers, Blueberries and quite a bit of Beer.
In the coming weeks, I feel the number of festivals will continue to pick up in all states. Just recently in Ohio alone, the governor has eased restrictions with outdoor events and this alone will help festival organizers go ahead with planning for festivals, even if it means some will push for later in the year. I’m really looking forward to it!
