Upcoming Weekend Festivals: March 4-7, 2021

Even more festivals in March!

This past week, the news has been hopeful. DeWine has given Ohioans hope that festivals and fairs will go on in 2021, a new vaccine has entered the fight against Covid-19 and now Biden says there will be enough vaccines for every adult Americans by the end of May (just need to get them in (my) arms.

I’m feeling very optimistic about this year in regards to festivals.

I’m currently going through my second round of going through the Festival Schedule Pages, updating events with dates and noticing that I’m making very little updates since last month. But maybe this news will help get some festivals to either confirm dates or decide on next year – hopefully the former.

In regards to festivals this weekend, there are a decent amount of events, considering the time of year and the situation at hand.

Florida is in the lead once more with nearly 20 festivals, celebrating the Renaissance, Strawberries, Beer and Swamp Buggies. Meanwhile, Georgia offers BBQ and Greek food, Illinois and Indiana continue with Maple Syrup, Ohio brings together Vendor Shows, Spring Events, and Expos and Wisconsin celebrates the World’s Longest Weenie Roast…

…who would want to miss that?
