Holiday Festivals, Markets and Light Shows start a little early.
While it’s still a good week before Thanksgiving, it’s hard not to notice that the Holiday Festivals, Light Shows and Craft Shows are here. You can see this in each of the states as event numbers kick up a bit when compared to last week.
One option for this weekend would be to check out a holiday market or festival and stock up on holiday cookies and snacks to share them over Thanksgiving as a dessert option. I actually went to two craft shows last week and purchased some delicious frosted sugar cookies from two vendors. Of course, I ate them rather immediately so I wouldn’t think of your differently if they didn’t actually last until Thanksgiving.
Another option would be to check out some of the walkable or drive-thru light festivals starting up. Many of them do require tickets purchased online, so please check ahead with the link provided below. Also keep in mind that most of them will start up on or right after Thanksgiving Day so, even if you went to one or two this weekend, there will still be more to see over the weekends ahead.
