Happy Thanksgiving, Festival Fans!
Many of you reading this post may not even be in Ohio this weekend – but that’s okay. If you’re traveling to see family in another state, you’ll want to check out the post at https://festivalguidesandreviews.com/thanksgiving-festival-weekend-112722 for all the festival listings in states from Wisconsin down through Florida.

Here’s what’s going on in Ohio:
Along with the many, many Craft Shows and Winter Markets this weekend, there will be many Holiday Light Shows to check out. If you would like to see them on foot and walk off that pumpkin pie, check out the Light Festivals at the Toledo, Cincinnati and Cleveland Zoos. Other Light Festivals may even have special nights just for walking. Otherwise, most of the Light Festivals can be enjoyed from the comfort of your vehicle so that you can lazily look out at the colorful marvel as you digest 3,000 calories of Thanksgiving leftovers.
After Thanksgiving, mostly on Friday and Saturday, many cities will be having some sort of Winterfest or Light-Up Festival and I tried to list those that have vendors, food and entertainment. Some of these types of festivals will take place in cities like Cleveland, Lorain, Dayton, Springfield, Archbold and Fairview Park.
