The Circleville Pumpkin Show and Festivals celebrating Fall Leaves, Apple Butter, Beets, Black Walnuts, and even Christmas.
Welcome back, Festival Fans!
While festivals are down in numbers this weekend, there are some special not-to-miss festivals you should know about.
Here are some of the returning festivals this weekend…
The Circleville Pumpkin Show (Review) is the big festival this weekend…
…Ohio’s largest and oldest festival…
…and 6th largest in the country.
It brings in over 400,000 people each year…
…offers two parades a day…
…25-30 amusement rides…
…and over 300 booths of craft vendors, games…
…and food.
LOTS of pumpkin food.
The Fall Festival of Leaves (Review) in Bainbridge (Ross County) offers quite a bit with a flea market, craft vendors, live entertainment, a log sawing contest, a car show, rides, games, food concessions and more. It’s worth really exploring the town as more can be found around the corner.
The Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival (Review) in Coshocton takes place at Historic Roscoe Village where visitors can walk through 1800’s homes and businesses, shop among craft vendors, enjoy live entertainment and get a taste (and purchase) of some tasty apple butter.
The Ohio Renaissance Festival (Review) in Waynesville is Ohio’s biggest Renaissance/Ohio festival made up of a permanent village that offers 24 stages, over 100 shops, plenty of food, games, fun and more.
