Ice-A-Fair and early Valentine’s Day events, Festival Fans.
Since Punxsutawney Phil just predicted 6 more weeks of winter, you should get comfortable with the idea of Ice, Winter and Snow Festivals for the next month or so.
In fact, if you head to Vermilion on Saturday, you can check out Ice-A-Fair where 65 ice sculptures will be on display around the town. It’s actually a nice event to walk around, check out area businesses and hang out with family and friends. I’m partial to Vermilion, but I think you will be too after a visit. If you need an early Valentine’s Day event to find something for your sweetie, there are some vendor events this weekend as well. There is also a psychic fair (you can find out if he/she is your soul mate or not) and some other events going on.
Try your best to get through these next few days of unagreeable weather. Hopefully, we don’t get as much snow as predicted.
