You can tell Valentine’s Day is approaching, Festival Fans.
Not only can you see heart-shaped boxes of chocolate on the shelves of your local markets and stores, but there are three weekends of dessert-themed festivals coming your way – starting with this weekend.
In fact, this weekend is giving you two events to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours:
– Sweet Treats Dessert Festival in Columbus
– Columbus Chocolate, Wine and Whiskey Festival
In the Cleveland area, you can take advantage of two Ice Festivals in Westlake and Kirtland and, east of Columbus, there’s a Winterfest going on in the Buckeye Lake area.
Finally, there are expos and psychic fairs if that is more your speed.

I wanted to give you a quick update on how things are going at OhioFestivals.net…
I have just finished going through the festival listings up through the month of June, confirming dates whenever I found 2023 info and updating the links. You’ll notice that, as I confirm listings, I will copy the festival over to the appropriate city area guide, which include the following cities: Akron-Canton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton and Toledo.
Soon, I’ll be starting on the month of July, eventually continuing on. Hopefully, I’ll be done with both July and August by next week.
If you see a festival with an asterisk and you know the 2023 date, please let me know and I’ll update it ASAP. As I like to say – help me help you.
