Festival Season is officially starting up with Ribs, Asian Food, Art, Church Fests and more!
Welcome back, Festival Fans.
I’m excited to say that, while Memorial Day Weekend would seem to be the start of Ohio’s Festival Season…
…it really is now.
Festival numbers jump high this weekend and they stay high throughout the summer, only increasing in June and July before exploding in August and September.
Expect a lot of festivals from here on out.
Turn on the funnel cake fryer!
One popular festival this weekend is the Cleveland Asian Festival (Review), which offers tons of great food vendors with all sorts of amazing food. But, with great food and popularity, there are great crowds so either get their early, have a lot of patience or get there at an off time (like 3 pm) when less people are eating. Just eat a big late breakfast before going there and it’ll all work in the end!
Another popular festival in the Cleveland area is the Downtown Willoughby Rib Burn-Off (Review). I love ribs and just smelling them cooking on the grill makes me feel like it’s summertime. Willoughby is also a very cute town so I enjoy finding excuses to visit the city.
