Treasures, Bird Migration, Maifest, Lilacs and Shopping this Mother’s Day Weekend.
Welcome back, festival fans.
If you look at this weekend’s listing of festival and shows, you’ll notice a slight decrease from last weekend to give some room to Mother’s Day Brunches (also many moms work and volunteer at local festivals to this gives them some time off).
Fortunately, there are plenty of fun Mom-related festivals this weekend that includes an antique shopping festival called Treasure Fest in Oberlin, Floral Festivals like the Lilac Festival and Street Fair (Review) in Defiance and the Huber Heights Marigold Festival, the Biggest Week in American Birding (Review) in the Oak Harbor Area, and all sorts of Mother’s Day Themed Markets in cities like Cleveland, Findlay, Dublin, and Cincinnati.
Plus there’s Chillicothe Trade Days, aGothic Market in Dayton, aGazebo Garden Walk in Wellington, the Medina Beer Fest, Maifest in Zoar, the Appalachian Festival in New Richmond, and the Cincinnati Villain Arts Tattoo Festival.
A little bit for everyone.
