This post documents my experience on September 16, 2016.
As soon as I arrived at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church’s Greek Festival…
…my nose led me to the tent entrance…
…where hungry festival goers were filling their plates with delicious food…
…and then enjoying it under the blue and white stripes.
Vendors were lined up along the side…
…with a stage ready for performances in the back.
Beyond the tent, the festival continued.
Downstairs, attic treasures awaited…
…leading you down a hallway…
…and taking you to a great room…
…where you could find almost anything.
Meanwhile, upstairs…
…guests could find Greek festival souvenirs, art…
…church tours…
…vintage jewelry…
…a silent auction…
…and even more vendors…
…with the main draw likely being the inside Dining Room (during certain hours)…
…which had a great presentation of all the dishes offered…
…and the pastry room…
…which I took full advantage of.
I even considered grabbing more grub at the drive thru on my way out.
