Books, Tattoos and a Festival for Mother Earth.
Welcome back, Festival Fans!
As promised, the number of festivals has increased quite a bit.
I believe there were 4 festivals last weekend and this weekend there are 14. That’s a 250% increase!
A big part of the increase this weekend is the celebration of Earth Day. Six of the festivals are somehow connected to the Earth and/or Earth Day.
Other festivals include some Spring Festivals, a Sugar Maple Festival and a Beer Festival. The popular Ohioana Book Festival is this Saturday in Columbus.
And there’s even a Tattoo Festival in Toledo.
Since Ohio weather is still a little unpredictable these days, you may want an indoor event like an expo or show. The Stark County Home and Garden Show is in Canton this weekend, while the Columbus Oddities and Curiosities is definitely an intriguing show to check out.
What to do? What to do?
Look to the map and see what’s going on around you. Anyone living near the Ohio border may be delighted to see even more festivals in nearby states.
