Wine and Arts Festival – Grove City, Ohio – My Experience

2023 DATE: June 16-17, 2023

This post documents my experience on June 8, 2013.

After all my rushing around at the Columbus Arts Festival, I felt the need for something a little more relaxing…

…so I headed to Grove City’s Historic Town Center…

…and found myself a Wine and Arts Festival.

The festival was broken up into two sections…

…consisting of a row of booths…

…and a square where most of the activity occurred.

Here, you could find musical entertainment…

…delicious eats (Rolling Hills Pizza)…

…and a wine tasting ticket area that gave you access to wineries from…

…Columbus (Signature Wines)…

…Akron (It’s Your Winery)…

…Helena (Chateau Tebeau)…

…Geneva (Deer’s Leap)…

…Wakeman (Matus)…

…and other areas of Ohio.

There was quite a lot of winery options for a festival this size…

…and when festival goers weren’t relaxing with their wine (or recovering from too much of it)…

…they were shopping through wine-related gifts (Wine Lovers Gallery)…

…wooden crafts…

…fine art (K. Bildsten)…

…eclectic goodies (Kharmic Chaos)…

…and vintage fun (The Unique Bird).

The festival was exactly what I needed…

…for both taking in the arts and crafts at a casual pace…

…and enjoying the Historic Town Center’s small town charm.
