Warehouse District Street Festival – Cleveland, Ohio – My Experience

This post documents my experience on August 3, 2014.

At the Warehouse District Street Festival

…festival goers strolled down West 6th…

…taking advantage of two entertainment stages…

…human statues…

…magicians…

…minivan clowns…

…origamists? (Michael Roy)…

…aerial acrobatic dance (Jasmine Dragons)…

…chalk…

…and various athletic opportunities to improve skills related to basketball…

…football,hockey…

…target practice/baseball…

…and putt-putt golf.

WOW!

Of course, there was beer for the less active…

…and wine for the downright lazy (hence, the lounging chairs).

And for everyone in-between, there was shopping at the Art Show…

…with such handmade products as soap and pottery(Alchemy/Allen Stoneware)…

…as well as Cleveland-themed items like photos and shirts (Pixel Mania/ILoveCLE).

There were also Cleveland area retail businesses (Amici)…

…businesses connected to Cleveland tourism and media (Aquarium/Magazine)…

…and a ton of food and beverage booths…

…with juice (Real Frut)…

…more beer (Holy Craft!)…

…lunch/dinner entrees (Taza/Barley House)…

…and pies (Gray House).

And although some nearby businesses may have tempted festival goers away from the festival and into their restaurant (Nauti Mermaid)…

…I picked up this mini burger from Johnny’s festival booth…

…and truly felt a part of Cleveland.
