This post documents my experience on August 22, 2026.
It was a gorgeous afternoon when I arrived at the Olmsted Falls Greek Fest.
I made my way up the side walk…
…sampling some delicious Greek dressing…
…checking out some jewelry…
…and coming upon a performance…
…of some traditional Greek dancing.
There was a large, covered area for guests to eat while enjoying the show…
…with a nearby bar…
…a play area for the kids…
…and a garage band set-up for some live music.
When I headed inside for food, I found two serving lines.
The first line contained savory dishes…

…such as pork or chicken souvlaki, loukaniko sausages, stuffed grape leaves (dolmathes)…

…bechamel-rich moussaka and pastitsio…
…and the spinach-filled spanakopita…
…while other line offered sweet dishes, like loukoumades (fried honey balls)…
…and various homemade desserts…

…like almond butter cookies (kourabiedes), the decadent custard-filled galaktoboureko and chocolate baklava.
Needless to say, I found myself a delicious meal.
