A weekend filled with Light Up Festivals, Holiday Light Shows and Christmas Fests Galore.
Welcome back, Festival Fans.
It’s Thanksgiving Weekend when all the Holiday/Christmas Festivals really start taking off.
Not only are the Craft and Vendor Shows plentiful – with events that include the Magical Medina Christmas Expo, the Canton Holiday Pickle Fest, and the Toledo Craftman’s Guild Crafts for Christmas – but this is the weekend of the Light Up Celebrations as well as the start of most Holiday Light Festivals – the type you drive or walk through – are starting up now as Thanksgiving is often considered the start of Christmas Season.

These festivals include the Holiday Light Festivals, certain Christmas Markets like the ones in Bryan and Steubenville, and special Christmas Festivals…
…like Christmas Around the World.
Christmas Around the World is a new event coming to Avon. Over the holiday season, Crushers Stadium will be transformed to help guests experience how people around the world celebrate Christmas.
There will be international cuisine, live entertainment, a 200’ tubing hill, putt-putt and much more (including the Glockenspiel from the Cleveland Oktoberfest).
