Beer and Wine, a Frozen Fest, Indoor events and more time for planning.
Welcome back, festival fans.
So it really feels like winter out there (was that Woollybear accurate?) and the forecast just calls for more and more of that.
If you’ve already embraced it, you are in luck because the Logan Frozen Fest is happening Saturday with ice sculptures, ice games, food vendors and more.
Another festival going on – but indoors – is the Craft Beer and Wine Festival at the Shipyards Sports and Events Center in Celina. This is a ticketed event (with options) and it offers tastings from various breweries and wineries, music, food, vendors, hermit crab racing and more!
Most of the remaining events are made up of trade shows, expos and special interest events for things such as Remodeling, RVs, Boats, Weddings and Reptiles.
There will be more festivals next weekend.

Last week, I mentioned working on new state guide on the other festival website, Festival Guides and Reviews.
This week, I want to let you know that I’ve completed the Kansas Festival Guide and am now working on Colorado, the last new state guide for 2025. I should have it completed by next week.
Once that’s done, I’ll go back to updating all the guides for 2025 so that you can plan better.
Just remember that, even with many events still marked “tentative” with an asterisk, most of the links will likely stay the same, so you can go ahead and start planning now by checking with the official websites (linked in the listings on the guide).
Definitely don’t let me slow you down.
