Oberlin Family Fun Fair and Classic Car Show – Oberlin, Ohio – My Experience

This post documents my experience on August 8, 2015.

We decided to stop at the Oberlin Family Fun Fair and Classic Car Show…

…where area businesses and organizations took part in the festivities via sidewalk sales…

…washable hair colorings (Velvet Turtle)…

…open houses (Oberlin Heritage Center)…

…or booth hosting (FAVA).

Many booths offered free water (Salvation Army)…

…kids activities and games (Oberlin Kids)…

…or public demonstrations (Oberlin Martial Arts)…

…and entertainment was only further enhanced through magicians…

…a dunk tank…

…musical entertainment (Summer of 65)…

…and an impressive car show (obviously).

Vendors peppered the streets with alpaca products…

…and various gifts…

…while the farmers’ market was in full swing with some nice free samples.

And if a sampling of cheese or fudge wasn’t enough…

…a food truck offered BBQ…

Lorenzo’s made pizzas in a portable pizza oven…

…and The Feve offered sliders and tots.

In fact, while walking the sidewalks…

…we were even given incentive for dessert (Cowhaus Creamery).
