32.) Mason Heritage Festival Review – September 16, 2017

After getting around various road closures and detours, I finally parked and followed walkers down a street…

…to the Mason Municipal Center…

…where I successfully made it to the Mason Heritage Festival.

As it was early, the stage was still being set up.

Some kids were already jumping on the inflatables…

…and they were possibly eyeing the nearby rock-climbing, putt-putt and game possibilities.

I made my way toward an area of vendor booths…

…where I learned a bit about local history (Mason Historical Society)…

…the local theater (Mason Community Players)…

…plenty of local politics (Josh Styrcula/Warren County Democrats)…

…local churches (FBC Mason)…

…and even the world, thanks to trivia from Redeemer Church.

Among the booths, there was also a food booth hosted by the local Lions Club

…and food vendors offering freshly made pizza and chicken mac (Cicerone/Chicken Mac).

There was even a cute ice cream vendor (Mobile Cone)…

…and it was near the Mason Dance Center (convenient for burning off the extra calories).
