This post documents my experience on July 23, 2023.
I should note that I arrived shorty after 12, when the festival started. Entertainment and games wouldn’t begin until later that day.

The St. Maron Lebanese Fun Fest is a church and cultural festival that takes place on the grounds of St. Maron Parish.

The heart of the festival takes place under a large tent that houses not only the dining area…

…but also a lemonade stand and bar…

…several games…

…and an entertainment stage…

…with a children’s bounce house area just outside the tent.

Sajj bread is the only food item prepared and served within the tent.

And, while the meats and chicken are grilled in view of the tent (allowing you to smell the delicious aromas)…

…you need to pass St. Maron, enter the church building…

…take a left…

…and get in the food line to order it.

Guests in line with their trays can order among…

…kabobs, shawarma, stuffed grape leaves…

…tabbouli, hummus…

…and a whole bunch of kibbie.

There is also a dessert station…

…with baklava and a nice assortment of goodies.

After going around the festival grounds and taking my pictures, I decided to get something to eat as well…

…so I feasted on some grape leaves, spinach pie and a sajj with cheese.

Afterwards, a little namoura and cookies finished it off right.
