48.) Kamm’s Corners Greek Festival Review – Cleveland – September 3, 2018

When you see the Greek flags waving along Lorain Avenue…

…you know it’s time to head to the George Varough Cretan Club

…for their annual Greek Festival.

It was early on a 90+ degree day when I arrived…

…so the T-shirt and dessert stations weren’t set up just yet…

…and the outdoor dining line was still making some last minute preparations…

…with all their classic dishes…

…but the Greek beers were cold and ready…

…the lamb on a spit smelled delicious…

…and I knew the crowds would soon be there to enjoy the live musical entertainment (Stigma).

Inside the center…

…there was a large (air-conditioned) dining area on such a hot day…

…with an additional bar…

…music stage…

…and food station…

…not-to-mention a pastry table for those with a sweet tooth…

…and raffle and instant bingo opportunities for those who felt lucky.
