Dyngus Day, 420, Oddmall and Tulips.
Welcome back, festival fans.
It’s Easter Weekend, so festivals and events slow down for a quick bit before starting to take off next weekend and beyond.
Interestingly enough, Easter falls on April 20 (420) this year and the cannabis festivals aren’t going to let a bunny with a basket get in the way.
Therefore, expect a Community Hemp Fair in Athens on Saturday (4/19) and an Everybody Gets Baked Fest in Cadiz on Friday and Saturday (4/18-4/19).
It should make all that chocolate more delicious.
This weekend is also offering a Night Market in Toledo, the start of a farm Tulip Festival in Granville, an Oddmall event in Akron and a Wine Festival in Greenville.
Then on Easter Monday, Dyngus Day returns to Cleveland with plenty of beards, squirt guns, beer, pierogi and Polka.
Take the day off or leave the office early and go enjoy all the festivities.

If you didn’t already know, any date with an asterisk (*) means that I haven’t confirmed that event. Once the date is confirmed by me, I remove the asterisk and update the listing as necessary. Certain events will also get copied over to the Cleveland Festival Guide, the Columbus Festival Guide or the Cincinnati Festival Guide.
This last week, I have gone through July a second time and it’s looking really good. Once I finish up with May a final time, I’ll be working on November and December this month.
As an FYI, just because the event has an asterisk doesn’t mean that the official festival website linked to the event isn’t already updated. So feel free to check it, just to be sure.
